Apr 20, 2026"Food Rating Fish - 9.5/10 Chips 8.5/10 I have to say, the quality of the fish and chips was great. Let me add, that it was cod, not plaice, not basa or any other white fish some chips shops try and swap it with. The taste and texture of the fish was good. The chips were fantastic, it's not often I have standard chips and think mmmm, these are good. The reason they didn't get a slightly higher score, was because I had other chips that I preferred that just popped them on that front."
